Grandmother Kiefer's kitchen in the Black Forest was the starting point for the special syrup products from SONNENKIEFER . The harvest of the precious, light green tips of the red spruce begins once a year. Care is taken to ensure that only as few tips are removed so that the tree's development is not disturbed. It is produced, filled, labeled and shipped in a social therapy facility.
